Which separator and encoding does the CSV use?
The CSV is saved as UTF-8 with commas by default. You can pick another separator such as semicolon or tab, which helps when Excel in your region expects semicolons.
Do I need an account?
No. Up to 50 files a day work without an account, and the results have no watermark.
Where are my files stored?
On servers in the EU, and only for 24 hours. After that they are deleted automatically.
