Questions

About converting HEIC to JPG.

Which JPG quality is used?

The JPG is saved at quality 90 by default. You can set any value from 1 to 100, lower values give smaller files.

Is the photo's metadata kept?

Yes. Camera details and location stay in the file unless you turn on Remove metadata before converting.

Will my photo be rotated correctly?

Yes. The rotation stored by the camera or phone is applied, so the image appears the right way up.

Do I need an account?

No. Up to 50 files a day work without an account, and the results have no watermark.

What happens to my files after the conversion?

Your files are processed on servers in the EU and deleted automatically after 24 hours.
