Can I leave out the cover page?
Yes. Set the page to start on, for example page 2. Pages before it get no number, and you choose the number the first one shows.
Which number styles are there?
A plain number such as 7, or with the word Page and the total page count, as in Page 7 of 12.
Do the numbers work on pages saved sideways?
Yes. Numbers are placed by how the page looks on screen, so they sit upright on turned pages too.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser on your own device. The file is never sent to our servers, so the tool also works for confidential documents.
